Roof inspection reports will contain the following for each building:

• Visual inspection and documentation of all roof system components.
• Core analysis to determine roof system construction and waterproofing integrity.
• Photographic documentation to better illustrate observed conditions.
• Recommendations for corrective action-maintenance, reroofing, replacement.
• Budgetary cost estimates covering labor and material.
• Comments on non-related conditions or problems.

Optional evaluation services include:

• Asbestos analysis consisting of roof membrane laboratory determination of asbestos content.
• Videotape documentation covering video recorded roof analysis, with commentary, to better illustrate roof system conditions.
• Roof diagram detailing areas of deterioration or upgrading needs.
• Roof data spread sheet listing buildings in order of priority of need for repair/upgrading and budgetary appropriation.
